🚡 Albuquerque Sandia Peak Tramway - A Must-Do in New Mexico!

Although I couldn’t snag a sunset time slot due to scheduling (definitely book ahead if you can!), the morning ride was still absolutely stunning! 🌅 The world's longest aerial tramway carries you over canyons and cliffs, offering breathtaking views all the way up to 10,378 feet. One thing to note: the wait to get on the tram can be pretty long—especially on weekends—so bring some patience (and a bottle of water!).⚡️ However, the ride itself is smooth and the descent is surprisingly quick! ⏬ But here’s the coolest part: we got lucky and witnessed something truly unique—maintenance workers climbing ON TOP of the tram car during our ride down! 🛠️👷‍♂️ Seriously, how often do you see that? It was both scary and awesome. Major respect to the crew! 🙌 At the top, you’ll find hiking trails, a restaurant with panoramic views, and during winter, even ski slopes! 🎿🥾 Whether you go up for sunrise, sunset, or just a day in the clouds, this is one experience you shouldn’t miss in Albuquerque. 📸 Tip: Morning light is great for photography too—less haze and softer colors. Bring a jacket—it’s much cooler at the summit! 🧥 #SandiaPeakTramway #Albuquerque #NewMexico #TravelUSA #TramRide #MountainViews #AdventureTravel #USATravel #VisitNewMexico #Wanderlust 🌵🤠✨
