Albury – The Utopian Town on the Border of VIC & NSW 🏞️❤️

Of all the small towns I’ve visited, Albury has become my absolute favorite! So peaceful and laid-back, yet packed with great food, beautiful architecture, and rich culture 🧡. Perfect spots for a relaxing visit: 🌳 Botanic Garden: P1-4 – It’s fairly small, no maple leaves in autumn 🍂, and only a few flowers, but still a lovely place for a slow stroll or to just sit and relax. 🌄 Hume Dam: P3 – The largest dam in the Southern Hemisphere! Best visited at sunset—the view is spectacular in person. ⛪️ Town Centre: P6-9 – Charming retro buildings and churches everywhere. 🛒 Harris Farm: P12 – A grocery lover’s paradise!! Fresh fruits galore 🍓🍇, open till 10 pm. They even have fresh sashimi—perfect for a late-night snack back at the hotel 😋👌 Great place to walk off dinner and grab some fruits or treats. Where to eat 🍴: 🍽️ Aida Restaurant: P10-11 – A Mediterranean gem! Delicious flavors. The pita bread with eggplant dip is huge and so tasty. Highly recommend the pineapple seafood dish 🍍🦞. 🍽️ Mr Benedict: P13-14 – An awesome local brunch spot! The squid & prawn linguine has a unique, light, and refreshing sauce.
