All-You-Can-Eat at Sumo Hotpot and Sushi in Las Vegas π²
Kicked off 2026 with a trip to Las Vegas! Besides π², it was all about eating eating eating π When I walked in (right as they opened), there was a bit of a cleaning product smell π§Ό, but it didnβt linger. The hotpot was delicious β thinly sliced meat, veggies, and seafood are all unlimited refills! They serve about 2β3 slices of meat per order, so if youβre a meat lover, just keep ordering! The seafood platter was okay β freshness was average, so you could skip it. They have Lunch and All-You-Can-Eat price tiers. Omakase-style sashimi is only available with the AYCE option (marked with βAβ) β one order per table. Other limited items include Wagyu sushi and Wagyu skewers (also one order each). Apart from salmon and tuna, the sashimi freshness was just decent.
