Amazing Dinner in New Orleans! 🍽️✨
On September 6th, we had an absolutely incredible dinner at GW Fins! Our server, Paul, made the experience truly unforgettable. His recommendations were spot-on and delivered with genuine passion. 😊 We started with the Tuna Tartare – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Then came the classic Wedge Salad, crisp and refreshing. But the real star of the night was the New York Strip Tuna. 🥩🔥 This 28-day dry-aged tuna was, without a doubt, one of the best dishes we've ever had. Paul highly recommended it, wisely noting it was "worth the splurge" – and he was absolutely right! When we asked Paul for other dining suggestions during our stay, he kindly recommended another fantastic restaurant that's open on Sundays – a lifesaver for weekend travelers! 🗓️ The restaurant’s wine list was impressive. We enjoyed a glass of Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc, which paired beautifully with our meal. 🍷 From the exceptional service to the outstanding food, every detail was perfect.
