We had such a pleasant stay, thanks especially to Mr. Eric at the front desk—his customer service was truly outstanding! He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. You’re awesome, Eric! 👏 Our room was clean and comfortable, and the laundry service was efficient and reliable. The entire staff was approachable and kind, always ready to assist with a smile. 😊 The hotel’s location is another big plus—many attractions are within walking distance, and transportation options are very convenient. The tram station is also nearby, making it easy to explore the city. 🚊 One small note: It would have been helpful to know in advance that the hotel is cashless. Still, that didn’t overshadow our wonderful experience. Overall, we had a fantastic time.
