Amsterdam | A Wonderful “Not-So-Serious” Bar 🍴

Although it's primarily a bar, it feels like it could easily double as a restaurant! I ordered three dishes, and they were all absolutely delicious! 😋 I recommend going without eating beforehand so you can fully enjoy the food and drinks here in one go! 🍹✨ 🍽️ Tacos Nikkei The shell is super crispy, and it's packed with fresh tuna! The layers of flavor are incredibly rich—each bite bursts with juice! 🥳 The tuna is raw, and even though I'm not a fan of raw food, the seasoning and preparation were so excellent that I couldn’t stop raving about it to my friends! 🥹 Soft Shell Crab This dish has a unique twist, served with aioli and Mexican chili. It’s incredibly fragrant and crispy! We even scraped the plate clean to get every last bit of sauce! 🤤 Ribs As soon as they arrived, I couldn’t resist eating three right away! The meat was so tender it practically fell off the bone. It leans a bit sweet, but it’s perfectly balanced, so even those who don’t usually like sweet dishes won’t mind. My friend from Shanghai said it reminded him of sweet and sour ribs without the sourness, and I think it had a hint of flavor like braised pork with preserved vegetables! 😍 🕯️ The overall design of the place has a mysterious, dark vibe, and the music is fantastic—such an amazing atmosphere that you can’t help but fall in love! 💕 The food came out a bit slowly, but the cocktails were prepared super quickly.
