Amsterdam | Highest Sky Dining Experience ππ½οΈ
The view is absolutely stunning! This restaurant is located on the 21st floor of a hotel. The night view is fantastic, and since there are few high-rise buildings in the Netherlands, the sightlines are clear. The restaurant only opened in September 2023, so it's not widely recommended yet. The overall style is suitable for both business meetings/banquets and friendly gatherings. After 9 pm, the music becomes more upbeat, and there are sometimes performances on weekends π, turning it into a networking bar. Recommended dishes: Lobster Pasta π¦: A serving comes with half a lobster and their own special sauce. The entire Pasta series is highly recommended, with great taste and sauce. Steak Tartare: This is my favorite appetizer, and this place ranks in my Top 3. The texture is very soft, yet it still has a bit of beefy chewiness. Paired with pea sprouts π«, it creates a very layered experience. Wagyu Beef π₯©: You can also enjoy Wagyu beef as an appetizer here. It's Grade A5, very creamy and fragrant. π¦ Seafood Platter: Includes Arctic shrimp, lobster, scallops, clams, and you can also choose to add king crab. The quality of seafood here feels quite good in the Netherlands. Average cost: Normally, without ordering wine π· or seafood, the cost per person is between 60-80 euros. My friend and I spent 302 euros because the seafood platter with king crab was 210 euros. So, without ordering this big dish, it's not expensive. Key point: When visiting this restaurant, pay attention to the Dress Code!!! My friend almost didn't get in today because he was wearing a hoodie and jeans. The restaurant generally requires Smart Casual attire, and sportswear like hoodies/pants will generally be turned away. #HiddenGemRestaurant #RestaurantRecommendation #AtmosphereRestaurant #DutchLife #Netherlands #Amsterdam #DutchFood #DutchFoodExploration #DutchFoodRecommendation #AmsterdamFood #AmsterdamFoodExploration
