An Absolutely Fantastic Dining Experience! 🍽️✨

This was our first trip to Charleston, and multiple locals strongly recommended Slightly North of Broad (also known as S.N.O.B.). Let me tell you, it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was incredible – warm, inviting, and elevated by the soft sounds of live background music 🎶 that created the perfect elegant yet relaxed vibe. A huge highlight of our evening was our server, Paul. He was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. 🫶 He patiently guided us through the menu and his recommendations were spot-on. I was interested in the scallops but hesitant about the red miso sauce. Paul, understanding my concern, kindly suggested they could serve it on the side. I took his advice, and thank goodness I did! 🙏 The scallops were perfectly seared, and being able to try the sauce separately allowed me to appreciate its complex, savory flavor without being overwhelmed. It turned out to be one of the best dishes I've ever had! 🤤 My husband was equally impressed with his choices. The beef carpaccio was delicate and flavorful, and the roasted duck breast was cooked to perfection – crispy skin, juicy meat, and absolutely delicious. 🦆 Every aspect of our meal was flawless. This was more than just a dinner; it was a memorable event.
