An Absolutely Fantastic Experience! 🏨✨

This hotel is truly wonderful, and the staff is simply outstanding! I recently spent two nights in New Orleans. Originally, I had booked a stay at a nearby Moxy hotel, but after checking this year’s reviews, I decided to switch and stay here instead — and it turned out to be an excellent choice!✨ The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The location is also perfect — just about a 10-minute walk to Bourbon Street/Royal Street. There’s a parking lot right around the corner where you can book a spot via SpotHero for a better rate 🚗💡. At check-in, Crystal greeted us with warmth and attention to detail — she’s a true star! She kindly upgraded our room and even sent champagne to our suite 🥂😍. During check-out, Richard and Dexter at the front desk were an absolute delight — funny, charismatic, and genuinely friendly. They truly made our departure just as pleasant as our arrival! This stay was fantastic from start to finish, and I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time.
