An Amazing Colombian Restaurant in Miami!

📍Restaurant: Chimba Over the weekend, my girlfriends and I tried this colorful little spot. The entrance is painted with a huge rainbow flag of the Andes Mountains. 🥳 Wow! As soon as I pushed the door open, I was greeted by the aroma of grilled corn cakes, and the servers warmly welcomed us. 🪑 I noticed the walls are covered in hand-drawn market illustrations! 🌮 The beef brisket arepa was surprisingly generous in portion, with cheese stretching super long and the shredded meat simmered until tender. ✅ The special grilled corn was brushed with lime butter and sprinkled with cheese crumbs and chili powder. The grilled fish was also incredibly delicious—so tasty that I wanted to take some home! 💫The whole place was filled with a warm and cozy atmosphere—I really loved this dinner. #MiamiFood #ColombianCuisine #StreetFood
