I settled into a very comfortable seat at the beautifully lit bar, where the talented bartender, Matteo, took care of me with warmth and expertise. 🛋️✨ The menu was a piece of art in itself—complete with original descriptions and mouthwatering photos of each cocktail. 🍸📖 What followed was an amazing fusion of Mediterranean and Japanese flavors, executed perfectly from start to finish. I began with milk bread served warm on a delicate wooden board, accompanied by three types of flavored butter. It was simple, elegant, and utterly delicious. 🍞🧈 For my main, I chose the Mylar shrimp with champagne and caviar—a dish so exquisite I didn’t want it to end! 🍤🥂 Then, I continued with the sirloin steak accompanied by mushrooms and barley—a combination that made my taste buds incredibly happy. 🥩🍄 Dessert was a true surprise: the Turnworth, a cheese ice cream with a touch of balsamic and truffle.
