An amazing T-bone steak restaurant
As a meat lover, when in Florence, you must try the city's most famous T-bone steak. I originally planned to go to Zaza, but after checking online reviews, I found that this place is even better. I chose the Chianina beef from Tuscany. The waiter said this is the best quality meat, but it's sold in a minimum of 1kg portions. She was worried I wouldn't be able to finish it, but I assured her I wanted to give it a try. The waiter recommended a glass of red wine, but since I'm not really into red wine, I opted for a glass of Moscato instead. It was perfect—lightly fruity, refreshing, and soothing.🥩🥩🥩 T-bone Steak : The T-bone steak consists of two parts: one side is sirloin and the other is filet. It is usually thick-cut and large in size. One steak allows you to experience both the chewiness of sirloin and the unique tenderness of filet. It's like having two flavors in one bite.😍😍😍 This restaurant offers both European and local Florentine versions (the latter is slightly more expensive). The steak starts at 1kg (87€/kg) and there is also a 1.3kg option (113€). We definitely chose the most popular local Fiorentina steak.😀😀😀 We ordered it medium-rare. The meat is cut into pieces and served on an iron plate (you can grill it a bit more if you prefer it more well-done). The outer layer is caramelized while the inside is pink, with a juicy and tender texture. It is marbled but not greasy or fishy. Just a sprinkle of black pepper is enough to make it a delightful dish. Whoever tries it will be happy!😻😻😻 The first bite was heavenly. The steak was perfectly cooked, especially at medium-rare. The meat was incredibly tender. I was full before I could finish half of it. 📍Restaurant name: Trattoria Dall'Oste Signoria #FlorenceTravel #FlorenceCuisine #ItalyTravel #ItalianCuisine #EuropeTravel #EuropeanCuisine
