An Asian Foodie in Las Vegas Only Needs These 4 Spots 😍

1️⃣ Oodle Noodle Late-night udon spot with incredible tempura—so good it could sell for $188 in Shanghai! The chicken katsu udon and beef udon are both delicious. Broth is perfectly seasoned—not too salty or heavy. The fried chicken stays crispy even in the soup, and portions are huge! Pro tip: add tofu! 🍜 2️⃣ Lemongrass The best Thai food I’ve had in the US! Book via Google ahead of time. Must-order: grilled pork neck with tangy-spicy sauce (so good you could eat it on anything!). Basil fried rice is a no-fail choice—like a gourmet version of late-night soy sauce fried rice, made with soft, fragrant Thai rice fully coated in sauce. 🌶️ 3️⃣ MIU Japanese BBQ & Sushi Couldn’t get into 888, so went for this highly-rated spot instead. Even our Uber driver (who was Chinese) said we made a great choice—known for generous portions and high-quality meat. They offer three tiers (A, B, C)—even the priciest C tier was under $70 per person after tax & tip. Stick to the limited Wagyu selections—fresh, clean, and so satisfying. Surprisingly underrated! 🥩 4️⃣ Tim Ho Wan Tastes exactly like the Central Hong Kong location! Rare to find such authentic wonton noodles and fluffy malay cake in the US. Walked in on Christmas Eve afternoon—only waited 10 minutes. Quick turnover, perfect when you’re craving comforting Chinese food on the road. 🥢 #StudyInUSA #StudentEats #VegasFood #LasVegasTravel #VegasFun #VegasCheckIn #EatWithMe
