An Excellent Dining Choice In Miami! 🍽️✨

I first visited KYU about two years ago, just before it closed for renovations. Now that it’s reopened, I’m thrilled to say – they haven’t lost their touch! 🎉 A thoughtfully curated menu, top-notch quality, and outstanding service remain the perfect recipe for an unforgettable experience. This time, I ordered their roasted cauliflower, beef tartare, pork gyozas, and yellowtail crudo. Of these four appetizers, the cauliflower and the yellowtail were my favorites! 🌟 The cauliflower was roasted to perfection – slightly smoky, beautifully tender, and paired with creamy goat cheese that made me want to order it again right away! 🥦 The yellowtail was incredibly fresh, served with a tangy-sweet sauce that balanced the dish beautifully. It’s one of those dishes that lets you indulge without the guilt – light, refreshing, and you could easily enjoy it again and again! 😊 The pork gyozas were delicious too – I loved the subtle smokiness of the filling. Really well executed! 🥟 The beef tartare was great – my only note: I’d prefer the beef minced a bit finer. The chunks were a tad thick for my taste. Also, serving it with some crispy bread or crackers would make it a perfect 10/10! 🍞 For the main course, I had the beef short rib with sweet potato. The short rib was huge – easily enough for two, or even three if you’re ordering other dishes like we did. It was beautifully seared on the outside, tender inside, and the glaze complemented the rich flavor of the meat perfectly. 🥩 The sweet potato was a perfect balance to the savory short rib – sweet, buttery, and so good I could eat it on its own anytime! 🍠 And finally – dessert! 🍰 It was just the kind I love: not too sweet. A delicate cake with coconut ice cream and toasted coconut flakes… absolutely delicious. I’m still dreaming about it! ❤️ All in all, a truly perfect dinner.
