This was my third stay at Halekulani, and just like the previous visits, the experience was absolutely outstanding. The facilities are beautiful and impeccably maintained, but what truly makes Halekulani the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in is the staff. Every single team member is friendly, helpful, and excels at their role.🍹 The pool staff are particularly wonderful—I spent a lot of time at the pool, and they consistently made sure I had everything I needed while keeping the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable 🏊‍♂️🍹. The host at Orchids was also exceptional, offering warm and professional service that enhanced our dining experience 🍽️.
