We’ve just enjoyed an absolutely spectacular dinner at Benares, and from start to finish, the evening was nothing short of extraordinary. The private dining room was exquisitely designed—elegant, exotic, and intimate, with plush seating, atmospheric lighting, and stunning floral arrangements that made us feel like we’d stepped into another world. 🌺✨ Our server, Chirag, was the heart of the experience—charming, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. His cocktail and dish recommendations were spot-on, and his service was truly top-tier. 🍸👏 We indulged in a selection from the à la carte menu, and every single dish exceeded our sky-high expectations: Curried Oysters & Malabar Scallops – an unforgettable start, rich and beautifully spiced 🦪🍤 Classic Chicken Curry & Masala Lamb – tender, aromatic, and deeply flavorful 🍛🍖 Chickpea Curry & Prawn Curry – each with silky, fragrant sauces that had us reaching for more naan to savor every last drop! 🫓🍤 Yakhni Mushrooms & Slow-Roasted Mushrooms with Basmati Rice – earthy, fragrant, and perfectly cooked 🍄🍚 Banana Cherry Tart with Banana Ice Cream – a sweet, elegant finale that we couldn’t resist, even after our magnificent feast! 🍒🍌 And just when we thought it was over, the chef surprised us with a beautiful cake, chocolates, and delicate madeleines to celebrate our special evening. 🎂🍫❤️ This wasn’t just a meal—it was the most special and memorable dining experience we’ve had in London.
