An Exquisite Spanish Restaurant in Miami!
š„Having lived in Madrid for years, Iāve become quite particular about Spanish cuisine. So when we discovered this restaurant in Miami, the urge to return three days in a row was very real. š Jamon Iberico Pata Negra Restaurant The name says it all. We ordered the 48-month-aged Jabugo hamāthe server wheeled over a wooden ham stand and carved it tableside. š· The slices were paper-thin, melting on the tongue. The Pan con Tomate was slathered generously with garlic and olive oil, a perfect replica of a Madrid morning breakfast.š„ šThe Valencian seafood paella, made for two, was generously topped with mussels and squidāabsolutely unique and delicious.
