An hour's drive from Vancouver
An hour's drive from Vancouver, all for this sip!š¶ I revisited the hidden gem brewery, Field House. The main reasons? Their beers are delicious, and the experience is fantastic! The ambiance is so cozy. The last three photos were taken here last summerš¶. If you love craft beer, donāt miss this placeāthey have a wide variety of Craft Beers. Even if youāre new to craft beer, no worries! The staff are super friendly and will recommend š¶the right beers based on your taste š» As usual, I ordered a Flight, picking four beers šŗ This time, we "gathered around the stove to drink" indoors, and the photos turned out so atmospheric~š šŗ Citrus Apricot Saison A refreshing Saison with yeast and spice notes, citrus, šand a hint of apricot fruitiness. The finish has a touch of hop bitterness. šŗ Tequila Passion Fruit Sour A new sour beer inspired by cocktails. It has a light aroma of tequila honey and passion fruit, with a subtle sour-salty kick. Even newbies who donāt usually like sour beers will find it easy to enjoy. šŗ Biere Piquette Another new releaseāthis Brett sour is brewed with grape pomace. Itās funky with wild yeast aromas, bright acidity, and a pleasantly tart taste. So delicious! This small glass is totally not enough. Highly recommend to all sour beer lovers! šŗ Imperial Stout W/ French Oak & Rum An imperial stout aged in French oak barrels infused with rum. On the nose, thereās chocolate, coffee, roasted malt, and a hint of caramel. Itās slightly sweet on the palate, with oats adding a silky, smooth texture. I loved itādefinitely making my annual list of favorite drinks š§¾ Tasting costs 12.5 CAD for any four selections, including Limited Releases. If you buy a beer after tasting, you get 2 CAD off. By the way, their pizza š is also really tasty. You can bring your dog š¶ Last year, I drank beer in the outdoor area by the entrance. It was sunny, and sitting on the chairs, soaking up the sun with a light breezeāit was so comfortable! š After tasting, remember to stop by the nearby gas station ā½ļø to refuel. The prices there are cheaper than in Vancouver, so I didnāt hesitate to fill up the tank. š Field House Brewing š Address | 2281 W Railway St, Abbotsford Have you tried Field Houseās beers? #DeliciousCraftBeer#LocalCraftExplorationPlan#WeekendGetaways#LocalsFavoriteShops#FoodTastingReport#AtmosphericRestaurants#VancouverFoodAndFun#VancouverWeekendHotspots
