Highly recommend this place—The Blue Lion! Every single dish was absolutely delicious 😋👌 For the appetizer, we ordered the crab-stuffed mushrooms 🍄 strongly recommended by our server. The mushrooms were baked to a rich aroma, and with one bite, the savory juices burst out—so flavorful! For the main course, you must try their lamb chops—incredibly tender and paired with a perfectly balanced sweet and sour sauce 🍖✨. The duck breast 🦆 was also amazing—succulent and served with delicious sweet potato mash. We also had the scallops, which were fresh, beautiful, and tasted fantastic 🐚🌿. Honestly, this place beats many fine dining spots in New York 🗽❤️! Strongly recommended—if you’re visiting Jackson Hole, you have to try it!
