My fiancé and I had an absolutely incredible evening at Edge Steakhouse! 🥩✨ Our server, Liman, took care of us like royalty — he was incredibly attentive, kept our glasses full 🍷, and answered all our questions with a smile. A true gem! 💎 We started with the Beef Tartare — and wow! It was so tender it practically melted in our mouths. An absolute must-order! We’ll definitely be getting it again. 😋👌 For the main event, we tried: Bone-In Ribeye 🥩 Dry-Aged Ribeye 🔥 Both were cooked to perfection! We highly recommend pairing them with the peppercorn sauce and chimichurri — a flavor explosion! 💥 And let’s not forget the sides — all stellar: Sautéed Mushrooms 🍄 Caramelized Onions 🧅 Mac & Cheese 🧀 Green Peppers 🌶️ We had such a memorable night and can’t wait to come back!
