We returned to The Roebuck for another fantastic Sunday roast—this time to celebrate Father’s Day! And what a memorable experience it turned out to be. To mark the occasion, the lovely pub team kindly offered me a complimentary pint of well-kept Five Points beer—a refreshing and generous touch that set the tone for the afternoon. 🍺💙 Let’s talk about the star of the show—the roast beef: Tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection 🥩 Served in a generous portion that satisfied even the heartiest appetite Accompanied by flavorful roasted vegetables and giant, fluffy Yorkshire puddings 🥕🧈 And yes—you absolutely must order the cauliflower cheese! It’s creamy, cheesy, and utterly irresistible 🧀🌱 The pub itself is a stunning example of a Victorian-era building—full of character, charm, and historic appeal. The atmosphere is always warm and buzzing, making it the perfect place to gather with family or friends. The team at The Roebuck were, as always, friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their service was seamless from start to finish, and they really went the extra mile to make our Father’s Day celebration special. We highly recommend The Roebuck—whether for a classic Sunday roast, a casual pint, or a special occasion.
