Antica Trattoria dell’Oca
📍This restaurant is located in the direction of Novoli. The storefront may not look very large, but the interior space is quite ample. The restaurant is quite deep and features an open-air atrium. The decor is very cozy, giving off a genuine vibe of a 1990s Italian bistro. The lighting inside is warm, and dining here in the evening is very atmospheric. 🌟Duck Sauce Pasta The sauce is rich and flavorful, perfectly paired with the thick pasta. Each bite is very satisfying. The pasta is not too firm, unlike the typical al dente texture found in Italian cuisine. There is also no gamey taste from the duck, making it definitely worth a try.❤️❤️❤️ 🌟 Prosciutto Platter + Chicken Liver Pâté on Toast The chicken liver pâté from Tuscany is a classic that never disappoints. It's a must-try wherever you go! But the best one I've had is still from that little shop near the Florence Cathedral. 🌟 Roast Chicken + Roasted Vegetables Platter😻😻😻 This is a pretty standard dish. The roast chicken is small but has a crispy and flavorful skin. However, the inside is not very well-seasoned. 🌟 (Gorgonzola) Blue Cheese Sauce Steak The beef is a bit chewy, and the blue cheese flavor is not very strong. It even tastes a bit bland. I wouldn't recommend it. 🌟 Lo Zuccotto Tradizionale Fiorentino Traditional Florentine Dessert I saw an old gentleman at the next table enjoying it so much. After building up the courage to ask him through some social interaction, he said it was incredibly delicious and insisted we try it. I personally don't like the alcohol-flavored cake, so I can't comment on it. But if you're a fan of such flavors, you can give it a go. 📍 Address: Via Francesco Baracca, 18 r #Florence
