Arizona Sedona | Molé | Fine Mexican Cuisine
I couldn’t get a reservation at Elote Cafe even a month in advance, so I ended up choosing Molé Sedona. Personally, I’m not a big fan of Mexican food, but who would’ve thought that the first restaurant I’d eat at here would serve Mexican cuisine? 🇲🇽 🥑 Guaca Crab Jaracho - The guacamole was very fresh, especially when paired with the house-made chips, delicious. However, the crab meat on top was barely noticeable, I couldn’t really taste it. 🥑 Roasted Beef Bone Marrow Elote - Recommended by the staff, the bone marrow was okay, but the corn at the bottom was quite tasty. 🥑 Snapper Filet Zarandeado - My favorite dish of the meal. The fish was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the mojo sauce with capers was sour with a hint of spice, perfect for mixing with rice. 🥑 Shrimp Enchiladas - Plenty of shrimp, nice and bouncy texture. 🥑 Skirt Steak Tampiqueña - The beef was chewy due to the cut, which was just okay to eat on its own, but it wasn’t bad when made into a taco with black beans. The atmosphere was nice, and the Mexican food here is on the finer side, which of course comes with a finer price tag. #RecordingDeliciousFoodOnTheJourney #Arizona #Phoenix #Sedona #ArizonaCuisine #MexicanFood #Mexican #guacamole #taco #WeekendPlans #ExpressingRomanceWithFood
