Aromatically Divine Grilled Lamb Chops

Excellent Greek Cuisine Scores Another Point in Vancouver πŸ”² Recommended Main Courses πŸ”² πŸ‘ LAMB CHOPS ($189) Coming to this place is all about their grilled lamb chops! They were indeed cooked to perfection, with the meat easily coming off the bone. The juiciness and the charred aroma were something I could never replicate at home. It came with a dish of olive oil and herb marinade that you can manually spread on the chops, making it oily and fragrant. There were also some grilled vegetables like bell peppers served with the dish. 🦞 ATLANTIC LOBSTER PASTA ($109) This dish is really generous in portion! When it arrived, I thought, β€œYes, the main course will definitely fill you up,” perfect for 3-5 people. The seasoning is quite simple, with roasted cherry tomatoes, white wine, and herbs. Tomato pasta with lobster is a fail-proof flavor, perfect for family gatherings with this large dish. πŸ”² Recommended Appetizer Salads πŸ”² Oysters - Half Dozen Premium ($24) Since the local and premium options aren’t much different in price, I suggest going for the premium ones, served with three kinds of homemade sauces by the restaurant. TOMATO SALAD ($24) A simple and appetizing little salad with feta cheese, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber πŸ… πŸ”² Seafood Main Courses πŸ”² πŸ™ GRILLED OCTOPUS ($28) Grilled octopus legs with a sauce of lemon, olive oil, capers, and parsley at the bottom. It’s a refreshing dip, worth ordering. 🐚 Scallop & Prawn Ceviche I’m not sure if this is a seasonal dish as I couldn’t find it on the official website. It comes with an interesting crispy cracker, seasoned with citrus juice and some herbal flavors, very sweet and sour, tender, and delicious when paired with the little crackers like Pringles. πŸ«“ Spreads ($12) This is also a signature dip bread of the restaurant, with 4 kinds of dip sauces to choose from: MELITZANA (smoked eggplant / paprika / scallions) TARAMA (smoked salmon / cured carp caviar) TZATZIKI (yogurt / cucumber / dill) HUMMUS (chickpea / lemon / tahini) If you really like these main course breads, there’s also a platter with 4 flavors to choose from. #VancouverFoodExploration #VancouverFoodie #VancouverCuisine #VancouverBlogger #VancouverLife
