Asheville One-Day Foodie Tour 🍺

Just visited Asheville again — this time for a quick day trip! ✧︎｡( ´∩︎•͈ω•͈∩︎` )✧︎｡ Since I was there for work, I only had one afternoon free… so from 3 PM, I started a delicious walking food adventure! 🚶‍♀️🍽️ I stopped by 5 restaurants and 5 breweries (but since not many folks on are into drinking, I’ll skip the brewery part 😉). Here’s the tasty roundup: 🍣 Ukiah Japanese Smokehouse Very American-style Japanese food. I don’t recommend the ramen or the meat dish, but the grilled fish was incredibly delicious! 🐟🔥 🐙 La Bodega by Cúrate HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Their octopus was absolutely impressive 👏, and the ham was much more flavorful than at other Spanish restaurants. So aromatic! 🇪🇸💫 🦪 The Lobster Trap The “Mookie Blues” oysters here are MASSIVELY good! Fresh, briny, perfection 🦪💙 🍻 Wicked Weed Brewing Pub Downstairs is the dedicated taproom. In winter, they have these amazing overhead heaters… Sipping cold beer under a warm breeze = pure bliss ❄️🔥🍺 Occasional cool breezes make it even more refreshing! 🍳 Red Ginger Dimsum & Tapas As a Cantonese native, I recommend the wok-fried beef ho fun !
