Asian Stomach Gatherings 🍜

Since February, every Saturday has been a feast with my besties! Let’s see what we’ve indulged in: Dining Moments With My Gang: Yum cha at Gusu Li, right next to NYU. We went for the squirrel fish, but sadly, the perch was gone😭. Instead, we tried the boiling fish, which was super tender and delicious. Their food is probably not pre-made; the ingredients are really fresh. 🌟 Sozai. Their steamed clams are famous, but the sand wasn’t cleaned properly. If you’re particular about it, I’d suggest skipping it. The pasta and eel rice are both yummy and safe bets. 🍝 Antoya in Ktown. Their galbi soup is incredibly flavorful! Ordering it on a rainy day is pure comfort. Their BBQ is average, though, and the prices are a bit high. 🍖 Mitr Thai. This place is genuinely amazing! We got the slightly sweet duck leg with Chinese broccoli (forgot to take a pic). Both were so good. The purple rice and mango sticky rice are must-orders—they’re heavenly! 🥭 Tha Phraya. Their beef hot pot is like pho in a hot pot—lots of meat, super tender, fresh, and delicious! The rice porridge is super authentic, and the mango sticky rice is a must. 🍲 #NewYork #SatisfyingTheChineseStomach 🌟
