Au Passage: A Bistro I'd Visit Again and Again

If you're like me and love natural wines, don't miss this place. It's a perfect spot to explore the delightful combination of natural wines and fresh market ingredients.🥂 Located in the 11th arrondissement of Paris, Au Passage offers an extensive selection of wines. Their carefully curated natural wine list includes a variety of options from different regions, catering to all sorts of taste preferences. Whether you prefer light and fruity white wines or rich and deep red wines, they've got you covered. This time, my friend and I chose a natural wine from Sicily, which was truly delicious. It felt like we were basking in the sunshine and sea breeze of Sicily. Moreover, they insist on using fresh ingredients from the market. The menu changes with the seasons, and the quality is consistently good. Their oysters are particularly photogenic🦪and, of course, the taste is excellent👍🏻They're fresh with a unique sauce. If they were a bit plumper and larger, they'd be perfect. 🍴Restaurant Au Passage Note that the restaurant is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so plan your visit accordingly. #ParisianCuisine #FrenchFood #HiddenGemRestaurant #MyBistroDiary
