✨Crispy Roasted Pork Knuckle: The skin is super crispy, fragrant but not greasy, and quite easy to cut (previously, when eating pork knuckle elsewhere, it took a lot of effort to cut). The meat inside is very tender, with a moderate saltiness. As far as pork knuckles go, this ranks among the top I've had, highly recommended! 🥳 (However, the accompanying large potato balls and vegetables were just average. I still prefer the creamy mashed potatoes and sauerkraut from that place in Duimond 😌) ✨Nuremberg Sausage: Randomly chosen, it was okay, but can become overwhelming if you eat too much. ✨Apple Pie: Topped with several layers of soft crust, filled with sweet apple 🍎 bits in the middle, and served with a creamy vanilla sauce?
