The best Japanese restaurant of my Texas trip + my favorite dining spot ❤️ Every dish is both visually stunning and delicious—completely blown away. 🌟 Highly Recommend: ✔️ Fire Salmon: Innovative and beautifully presented grilled salmon—a true feast for both the eyes and the palate. ✔️ Foie Gras Truffle: They offer two types of foie gras. Both the black truffle foie gras and the chocolate foie gras exceeded expectations—rich but not greasy, with no gaminess at all. ✔️ Risotto w/ Wagyu: One big bite of this Wagyu risotto is pure satisfaction, and it smells amazing too! ✔️ Chu Toro Uni: Melts in your mouth—so fresh! ✔️ We tried all their desserts, and every single one was delicious!!
