Scallop ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A must-order! So delicious! 🍥 The scallop has a beautifully seared exterior with a tender, sashimi-like sweetness inside. Paired with a savory and umami-rich broth 🫠—I could easily have four! Spanish Sourdough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Don’t miss this! The crust is charred and aromatic, while the inside stays soft, moist, and chewy—not dry at all! The texture is almost mochi-like. Served with salty caramel butter and apple jam (not overly sweet) — the combination is perfectly balanced. Unlike anything I’ve tried elsewhere. Truly impressive! Dry Aged Texas Wagyu Sirloin Steak ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best thing we had! (Even if the photo is blurry 😆) Our steak came last, but it was absolutely worth the wait! Anything fire-grilled here is next-level. We went with medium for the sirloin — crispy outside, juicy inside, and packed with flavor. The taste and texture were so complex, it felt like a feast for the senses. Hard to put into words—you just have to try it! The meat literally melts on your tongue. Best dry-aged steak I’ve ever had — 6 stars from me! Halibut ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A fantastic entrée! The buttery cream sauce is studded with fresh trout roe, and it’s served with crispy (but not spicy) onions for a fun texture contrast. The burst of roe in your mouth is so satisfying — each bite feels like a surprise. That’s the magic of molecular gastronomy! Sourdough Ice Cream ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Even though I was already stuffed, I finished the whole thing! 🍦 The ice cream is creamy, not too sweet, with a hint of saltiness. Topped with tomato jam and smoked sourdough crumbs — unique and delicious ❤️! Oyster ⭐️⭐️⭐️ The oysters have a tangy flavor with celery notes. There’s a slight briny taste — not my favorite, but okay. Crab Cake ⭐️⭐️⭐️ We each ordered one. It was just alright — crispy outside, with a standard soft crab filling mixed with corn.
