Lunch $13 • K9 Tamarind Duck: Two fried duck legs, two duck breast pieces, and a ring of fried veggies. $25 • Grilled Freshwater Prawn: River prawns with roe, but slightly overcooked. $14 Dumpling World Used to go to their Sugar Land location—so glad they’re in Austin now! • Pork Xiao Long Bao 👍: Thin skin, rich soup inside! $12.95 • Pan-Fried Buns: Shanghai-style—juicy and explosive (got soup on my clothes 😂). As a Zhejiang native, I felt so satisfied! $9.95 • String Beans: Well-marinated and flavorful. • Pork Buns: My teammate loved them! Mozart's Coffee Roasters A lakeside café where people jet-ski and swim! Lots of outdoor seating, dog-friendly 🐶, and perfect for cool weather. • Mixed Fruit Tart 👍: Super delicious! Sweet and sour fruits + creamy filling + crispy base—layered and not overly sweet. ~$15 per person. Great place to chill! Sangam Chettinad Indian Cuisine Best to come for weekday lunch—always crowded on weekends! • Garlic Naan 👍: Milky and fragrant! One order isn’t enough! • Fish 65 👍: Marinated fried fish—tender and flavorful, not too salty. • Chettinad Curry 👍: Spicy and addictive! Chicken/shrimp/lamb are all great. Even better with naan! • Chili Chicken: Slightly sweet and sour chicken. • Mango Lassi: Rich mango yogurt—amazing at first sip but gets heavy. Casa do Brasil Brazilian steakhouse! Pocha is Back Great for late-night eats! • Grilled Squid: Chewy and fresh. • Spicy Rice Cakes: Delicious! • Pork Cutlet Rice: disappointing—thin and overcooked. An Nyeong K Tofu & BBQ • Seafood Tofu Soup 👍: Super fresh and flavorful! Be careful—it’s served boiling hot! • Beef Short Ribs: Too sweet for my taste. • Stoneware Bibimbap: Veggies and squid—mix immediately! Otherwise, it sticks and burns. Extra sauce recommended! Bamboo House If their roasted duck is sold out, I always order these: • “Opening Red” Tofu: Super flavorful with fragrant pork. • Scallion & Ginger Lobster 👍 • Black Pepper Beef Cubes: Huge portion! Hotpot Alley Ingredients come in small portions. The spicy broth isn’t very rich (missing Houston’s Hai Di Lao, Xiao Long Kan, and Wagyu hotpot 😢). • Pork Aorta 👍 • Duck Blood 👍 • Shrimp 👍 • Tripe was too tough. ~$50 per person. #Austin #AustinFood #AustinLife #AustinExploration 🎉
