We started with two appetizers to wake up the taste buds: 🐟 Market Fish Crudo 🍋 Super refreshing! Served with Leche de Tigre — a tangy citrus-based tiger’s milk — and Texas berries for a unique layered flavor. A perfect summer bite 🌞. 🍤 Morita Shrimp 🧄🍷 The shrimp were lightly seared to lock in their sweetness and juiciness, then smothered in a slightly spicy Morita cream sauce with garlic and white wine.
