It was my first time trying this downtown steakhouse, and it left a professional yet solid impression. 🔆The service team was warm and attentive, and even while busy, Michael managed to cater to every table's needs and was very familiar with the dishes and wine pairing suggestions. 💎We tried the Wagyu beef ribs, which had tender and fine-textured meat, and we also ordered grilled vegetables that absorbed the meat juices beautifully. 🌹The smoking process of the smoked Old Fashioned cocktail was quite a spectacle, and its flavor was rich and smooth. 💗🌼The lobster in the seafood platter was cooked perfectly, though the wine list mainly featured American wines.
