A new Sichuan restaurant just opened last month in the Stone Oak area, and it’s seriously authentic! You can even adjust the spice level to your liking. We ordered: Yu Xiang Rou Si (Shredded Pork in Garlic Sauce) La Zi Ji (Spicy Crispy Chicken) Gan Guo Ji (Dry Pot Chicken) – loaded with tasty veggies! Ma Po Tofu Everything was delicious and full of flavor! The owner, Ping Jie, is from Chongqing and super passionate. She came to each table asking for feedback with a big smile 😊. At first, we were a bit nervous when we walked in – not a single Chinese customer, all locals. But the food won us over completely! Ping Jie specializes in Sichuan cuisine, and she recommends the "Private Dishes" section on the menu.
