Authentic Spanish Paella in Las Vegas! 🇪🇸🥘

After seeing so many recommendations online, I decided to treat myself to some paella—even though I’m usually careful with carbs! 🍚😅 Sometimes you just need a reward, right? As soon as I walked in, the owner greeted me with a smile and spoke to me in Chinese. He looked so familiar—and after chatting, I realized I actually knew him! 😄 Turns out he used to play poker often, so we’d crossed paths at the casino before. Such a nice guy! The paella was super authentic—just like what I had in Spain! 🥘✨ What really stood out was their special sauce—so unique and addictive! The owner shared that all their sauces are made with organic olive oil or ingredients shipped directly from Spain. 🇪🇸🧄 Even their salad looked simple but tasted totally different from ordinary ones—fresh and flavorful! 🥗💚 Since I went spontaneously, I ordered from the walk-in menu.
