🌟 Baby’s Kusina + Market – New Filipino Café in Philly
📍 2816 W Girard Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19130 🐔 Crispy Jowa Rice Bowl Recommended by staff — so good! 🍗✨ Crispy fried chicken over moist rice, mixed with a runny egg — delicious and comforting! 🐖 Lechon Sisig Rice Bowl Pork belly (more lean than fatty) roasted with black pepper — not greasy at all! 🌶️🍖 Includes a unique pepper (not spicy but very aromatic) that makes it addictive. Rice is served warm, not sizzling hot. 🥧 Strawberry Coconut Cake Highly recommended! 🍓🥥 Fluffy, moist, and not too sweet — coconut flavor is rich and lovely. My partner almost finished it before I got my last bite 😂. P.S. The cashier forgot to charge us for this! 🍵 Nikki Jam Strawberry Matcha Tastes slightly different from typical American coffee shops — uses a syrup that reminds me of Southeast Asian desserts 🍯🌿. Unique but pleasant! 🍹 Peach Black Tea Soda Refreshing and light 🍑🥤. 🛒 Market corner: They sell Cambodian snacks too — bought fried chicken skin but it was expired 😅 (always check dates at Asian markets!). 📅 Already planning to try their breakfast soon — the sandwiches look amazing! 🥪❤️ Note: Menu differs for breakfast, lunch, and dinner — I went for dinner this time. #100RestaurantsChallenge #DinnerTonight #Philly #PhillyFood #PhillyEats #FoodieDiary #PhillyLife
