Find Things to DoFind The Best Restaurants

Back to a Classic Montreal Restaurant

🍽️ One of my all-time favorite restaurants is, of course, Au Pied de Cochon. πŸ‘ Visiting with my girlfriends, we encountered delightful surprises. The waiter brought us the wrong Tartare, but it turned out to be the best dish of the night. 🦒 The Foie Gras Nigiri needs no introduction, it truly melts in your mouth. πŸ“ The Plogue Γ  Champlain is also incredibly delicious, with a sweet cranberry sauce that complements the rich foie gras without being overwhelming. πŸ₯« The Duck in a Can, I must admit, left me unimpressed. I didn't find it particularly exciting when I visited years ago, and this time was no different. I've decided to skip it in the future. Perhaps it's because as a Nanjinger, my standards for duck dishes are high, but I found this one a bit too greasy. 🍹 The cocktails are exceptionally good and reasonably priced. The owner personally serves the guests, showing that this is a place run with passion and care. #CanadianLife #HiddenGemRestaurant #Montreal #MontrealFoodExploration #FoieGrass #MontrealCuisine #MontrealArea #MontrealFunAndFood
