Baires Grill - Brickell: An Argentine Meat Lover's Paradise

💛We originally planned to dine at another restaurant but changed our plans due to the unsatisfactory atmosphere. 🍵By chance, we stumbled upon this delightful surprise: Baires Grill ✨seating us and even serving crispy Argentine beef empanadas before we ordered—golden pastry molten cheese and savory beef filling, instantly awakening our appetites. 🧀For the main course, we highly recommend the Argentine-style grilled ribeye (Bife de Chorizo)—a 400-gram Angus cut, charcoal-grilled over fruitwood, with a charred, crispy exterior and a juicy, pink interior. Paired with a robust Malbec wine, 🍊the tannins danced perfectly with the rich meat flavors. We also tried the traditional grilled chorizo, with its smoky taste complemented by a spicy garlic sauce. 🥯The service team stood out as a highlight—the manager personally explained the origins of the beef cuts, 🍺and the bartender crafted non-alcoholic "South American Sunrise" cocktails for the ladies. #MiamiEats #ArgentinianGrill #LiveMusic
