🌟My husband specially booked a Thai palace restaurant - Blue Elephant, which is also a Michelin one-star restaurant and reportedly a royal favorite. 🌟The restaurant's decor exudes a strong sense of Thai palace luxury from the inside out, and the dining environment and atmosphere live up to the one-star standard. The waitstaff are dressed in traditional Thai styles. In terms of form, this restaurant really appeals to me as a foreign visitor. 🌟As for the food, we went with the chef’s tasting menu, paired with wine, costing about RMB 1000 per person. There were 7-8 courses in total, from appetizers to desserts, all featuring traditional Thai cuisine. Overall, the presentation of the dishes was more impressive than the content itself; there weren't any particularly surprising ingredients or cooking techniques, but the focus was on experiencing local Thai specialties. 🌟The service at the restaurant was very attentive, always responding to our needs promptly and even sending us some extra food and drinks, which made us very happy.
