๐Ÿ˜ Bangkok | Blue Elephant ๐Ÿบ

๐ŸŒŸMy husband specially booked a Thai palace restaurant - Blue Elephant, which is also a Michelin one-star restaurant and reportedly a royal favorite. ๐ŸŒŸThe restaurant's decor exudes a strong sense of Thai palace luxury from the inside out, and the dining environment and atmosphere live up to the one-star standard. The waitstaff are dressed in traditional Thai styles. In terms of form, this restaurant really appeals to me as a foreign visitor. ๐ŸŒŸAs for the food, we went with the chefโ€™s tasting menu, paired with wine, costing about RMB 1000 per person. There were 7-8 courses in total, from appetizers to desserts, all featuring traditional Thai cuisine. Overall, the presentation of the dishes was more impressive than the content itself; there weren't any particularly surprising ingredients or cooking techniques, but the focus was on experiencing local Thai specialties. ๐ŸŒŸThe service at the restaurant was very attentive, always responding to our needs promptly and even sending us some extra food and drinks, which made us very happy. (I've read reviews saying the service here is poor, but our experience was surprisingly good.) ๐ŸŒŸAfter dinner, you can also browse the small shop on the first floor and pick up a cute Thai ceramic piece. ๐ŸŒŸOverall, I would recommend visiting this restaurant to experience Thai specialties; it's a pretty good experience. #RestaurantRecommendation #ThaiRestaurant #BangkokDining
