My friends took me to Barbuzzo — it was SO good I almost cried. Here’s our ordering guide: 🧀 Sheep‘s Milk Ricotta with grilled bread – 5🌟 Absolutely unique! Whipped ricotta is creamy, smooth, and subtly sweet. Paired with thick, crispy-yet-fluffy toast — couldn’t stop eating. Still thinking about this dish. 🐙 GRILLED SPANISH OCTOPUS – 5🌟 Super thick, ultra-fresh octopus tentacles, served with a colorful medley of toppings. Also a signature dish, beautifully presented. Only tiny bummer: the portion felt a little small — seems everyone loves it! Also… where did the other 7 legs go, chef?! 😭 🍕 MARGHERITA – 4🌟 Wood-fired pizza done right. Soft, chewy, crispy edges — solid choice. Next time I want to try the UOVO. 🥗 BEET SALAD – 4🌟 Fresh salad loaded with fruit. Even my Chinese-food-loving friends approved. 🥔 PAN SEARED GNOCCHI – 3🌟 Not a huge portion, but the pan-seared texture was incredible — way better than the usual boiled gnocchi. BUT: the chef was heavy-handed with salt this time 😅. Definitely tell your server if this happens — don’t just swallow it like Xiao Ming did. 🍝 TONNARELLI CACIO E PEPE – 3🌟 Decent pasta, nothing mind-blowing.
