Bard& Banker| Victoria 🇨🇦 Treasure Restaurant 🍴
🌟 Spent the weekend in Victoria with friends, and for lunch, we randomly picked an Irish Pub near our hotel—yes, we were there for a midday meal at a pub, haha! We went in just hoping to fill our bellies, but ended up totally impressed 😋😋 🌟 The restaurant has that classic cozy Irish pub vibe, and with the Christmas season, the festive atmosphere was off the charts. I really loved the whole vibe—it felt warm and inviting. 🌟 Now, let’s talk about the food! We ordered three dishes plus a cocktail 🍹, and not a single one disappointed👏👏👏 Main dishes Pan-seared scallops & pork belly – $34 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A bit pricey, but so worth it! The sweet-savory flavor combo with the plump, fresh scallops was mind-blowing—I almost cried it was so good. Sadly, there were only about five or six scallops—definitely not enough! The Bard Burger 🍔 – $19.55 🌟🌟🌟 A solid burger with a double patty, fries 🍟, and pickles. It was good, just nothing groundbreaking—satisfying but not surprising. Mussels – $29.95 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Creamy mussels served with buttered bread 🥯—chef’s kiss. The bread dipped in that rich sauce? Perfection. And the mussels themselves were super fresh—so tender and flavorful. We also got a seasonal cocktail—can’t remember the name, but it was only $4! It was an orange-lemon flavored alcoholic drink 🍹, and such a steal. Overall, this place is a winner—we’ll absolutely be back. If you’re in Victoria, give it a try! #CozyRestaurantVibes #HiddenGemRestaurant #WillReturn #Brunch #VictoriaBC #Vancouver #VictoriaRestaurantRecommendations
