Bastia in Philadelphia Has Updated Its Menu

🌟 Bastia 1401 E Susquehanna Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19125 🐟 Amberjack Crudo with Strawberry, Preserved Lemon, Chervil, and Hazelnut $24 The strawberries didn’t quite match the fish, but it wasn’t bad. The last time I visited, the orange with fish was amazing, but I didn’t see it on the menu this time. 🐟 Skate Cheeks with Heirloom White Polenta and Jimmy Nardello Brown Butter Crisp $25 The fish was very tender. 🐐 Gnocchetti with Lamb, Pistachio, and Mint $30 This was my favorite dish of the night! It’s hard to go wrong with lamb pasta, isn’t it? 🥹 🐂 Milk-Fed Veal Osso Buco with Le Puy Lentils, Cerignola Olives, and Oregano $48 The osso buco was cooked to a tender perfection, but it was a bit salty on its own. It would pair well with some plain rice. 🍮 Burnt Cardamom Leaf Panna Cotta $13 The floral sauce on top was a bit odd, but the panna cotta itself was delicious. 🍹 Margarita $15, Spritz $15 Both were non-alcoholic and quite sweet. #GlobalVillageFoodieContest #DinnerLooksLikeThis #Philadelphia #PhillyFood #PhillyEats
