🚗 San Francisco → San Jose – Two days is perfect for a tasty, laid-back trip! 📝 Day 1 is the highlight – perfect if you're short on time. Day 1 – Silicon Valley Tour 🍎🤖🎓 Route: Apple Park → Googleplex → Stanford University 🍎 Apple Park Visitor Center – 30 mins to 1 hr The main campus isn’t open to the public, but you can use iPads to view augmented reality scenes of the campus. Tech-wise, this is the coolest part – the rest is a bit meh. 🤖 Googleplex – 2 to 3 hrs Start at the Google Visitor Experience 🏢 → check out the Google Store (Pixel 10 is hot right now! 📱). Then, grab a Gbike and ride ~10 mins to the main campus (📍P2 on the map). Don’t miss: The giant colorful "G" logo & NASA building 🚀 The iconic main gate (often seen in movies/TV) Great spots for road-style photos 📸 ☕ Google Café is a must – great variety, fair prices. Try the strawberry spinach salad – so fresh! 🥗 ⚠️ Tip: Bring sunscreen – the bike area is fully exposed! NASA museum closes at 3 PM. 🎓 Stanford University – At least 3 hrs Pick up a guidebook at the Visitor Center (📍P7). Must-sees: Art galleries 🖼️ Arched corridors + Hoover Tower Memorial Church ⛪ Campus bookstore 🧢 Dinner: Try Gao Viet Kitchen (local Vietnamese fave) or other spots near campus. Day 2 – San Jose Citywalk 🎨☕🏛️ Stops: San Jose Museum of Art → Dr.ink Café → City Hall → San Jose State University 🎨 San Jose Museum of Art Small but nice – $20 ticket. Skip if short on time. ☕ Dr.ink Café Trendy spot known for black sesame latte – rich and aromatic! ☕️ 🏛️ San Jose City Hall Surprisingly futuristic – looks like an observatory in Hawaii! 🔭 🎒 San Jose State University A bit old-school, but nice for a relaxed stroll around campus. 🛍️ Westfield Valley Fair – Half-day + dinner A huge, modern mall – maybe the trendiest spot in San Jose!
