Bay Area | Mastering the Essence of Californian Cuisine ☀️
🥐It’s all about fusion here! This place combines Korean, Japanese, Thai, Mexican, Hawaiian, and American flavors. You can find everything from Korean BBQ and kimchi rice to poke, tacos, and sushi. 1⃣️ Pupu Platter A sampler platter perfect for those with choice paralysis. I loved the spicy salmon fried black rice cakes. 2⃣️ Sticky Ribs How could Korean-style ribs go wrong? They’re sweet and delicious, similar to the ones in their bowls. 3⃣️ Korean BBQ Bowl Highly recommended by everyone, and it’s really great for Asian palates. The Brussels sprouts in the bowl are incredibly tasty. 4⃣️ Fresh Catch Their signature dish: fish. You can customize it by choosing your fish, cooking method, and two sides. 5⃣️ Mixed Catch Fish & Chips A pretty standard fish and chips dish. 6⃣️ Hot Fish Burger An Alaskan cod burger. I didn’t try it, but my friends said it was quite good. 7⃣️ Salmon Lover Roll The salmon sushi was average and a bit underwhelming. 🥐The restaurant emphasizes sustainable and ethical sourcing. Californian cuisine focuses on fresh vegetables and Asian-Latin flavors, making it relatively healthy. The menu with photos is incredibly convenient. 🥐In a nutshell: A great spot for group meals and gatherings. 📌 Pacific Catch 📍 Widely available in the Bay Area (also in Southern California). 🥐PSA: Does anyone know how to make those Brussels sprouts? I’ve tried many times at home, but they always come out too soft. #BayAreaFood #BayAreaWeekend #CalifornianCuisine #LocalsFavorite
