Bay Area Day Trip | Must-Try Restaurants in Monterey 😋

1️⃣ Old Fisherman’s Grotto Located right on Fisherman’s Wharf, this restaurant has such a cozy ambiance—if you’re lucky enough to snag a window seat, you’ll get a beautiful ocean view! Perfect for a date night 🥹. We ordered the calamari , halibut + shrimp, and Linguine Isabella 🍝, all served with a side of clam chowder. The seafood was super fresh! Also tried their pineapple cocktail 🍍. Since it’s the restaurant on Yelp, make sure to book ahead! ☎️ 2️⃣ Hula’s Island Grill This place also has a branch in Santa Cruz, with vibrant Hawaiian-themed decor and generous portions. 3️⃣ Estebans Restaurant A Spanish restaurant tucked inside a hotel lobby! The octopus 🐙, seafood stew, and flatbread were all amazing . 4️⃣ Rock N Roll Donut Bar This adorable pink donut shop is a must-visit 💓! They have a huge variety—though everything looks super sweet, which was perfect for my sugar-loving taste buds 🤤. 5️⃣ Wave Street Cafe Grabbed brunch here on our last morning 🍳.
