Great Service! A Seafood Restaurant That Delivers! 🏠: Le Marmiton The dining experience was incredibly wonderful!! We didn’t have a reservation, but we went right when they opened and luckily got a table. First time seeing such a grand service style! 3-4 waiters serving dishes all at once! Super super fast!! 🐚 The taste was also great! The mussels were big, fresh, and without sand (today we tried another place and they were small, sandy, and salty!) 🍟 The fries were amazing! Personally, I think they’re better than the famous ones! The beef fat made them very fragrant! No fancy decorations needed. 🥖 The bread before the meal was very soft! Butter sliced and stuffed inside, and it had a “molten” texture with a bite! Delicious! 🍝 Seafood pasta: The shrimp was like sweet shrimp, which I’ve seen in the US. I can’t tell the exact variety, but it was good. 🍺 I had a golden beer (tasty✅ similar to other craft beers) and a non-alcoholic one (also delicious! Felt like drinking without the alcohol) plus a glass of white wine (forgot the taste🤣) 🦪 Half a dozen oysters✅ Quite fresh! Tender! No sand! I recommend pouring out the juice; it’s salty, not sure if it’s seawater. ⚠️ Not recommended: 🙅 🦞 Lobster soup: No lobster, just the soup, a bit salty, good for dipping bread. 🐌 Snails: Not tasty, not as flavorful as stir-fried screw clams in China❌ The waiter even said that mussels are better, but I was really curious and wanted to try them. #BrusselsDiningExploration
