Beautiful environment!
Fresh taste! Excellent service! at this seafood restaurant Le Marmiton The dining experience was incredibly wonderful!!! We didn’t have a reservation, but we went right when they opened and luckily got a table. First time seeing such a grand service style! 3-4 waiters serving at the same time! Super super fast!!! 🐚 And the taste was great! The mussels were big, fresh, and no sand (today we tried another place and they were small, sandy, and salty!) 🍟 The fries were amazing! Personally, I think they’re better than the famous fries! Cooked in beef fat, so aromatic! No fancy decorations. 🥖 The bread before the meal was soft! Cutting the butter and inserting it, taking a bite has a “molten” texture! Delicious! 🍝 Seafood pasta: The shrimp was like sweet shrimp, which I’ve seen in the US. Not sure about the species. But it was good. 🍺 We ordered a golden beer, a non-alcoholic one (also delicious! Gives the feeling of drinking without the alcohol) and a glass of white wine (forgot the taste 🤣) 🦪 Half a dozen oysters✅ Pretty fresh! Tender! No sand! I recommend pouring out the juice, it’s salty, not sure if it’s seawater. ⚠️ Not recommended: 🙅 🦞 Lobster soup: No lobster, just the soup, a bit salty, good for dipping bread. 🐌 Snails: Not tasty, not as flavorful as stir-fried screw threads in China❌ The waiter himself said that mussels are better, but out of curiosity, we ordered them. #BrusselsFoodExploration
