I absolutely loved my stay here! Miss Carol and her team were so warm and welcoming β they truly made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Tim, who was on duty during the evenings, was also fantastic β always helpful and kind. When I mentioned that the back door in my original room wasnβt closing properly, they didnβt hesitate β they moved me to a quieter, well-maintained room right away. That kind of care and attention made all the difference! ππ The location is ideal β close to everything I wanted to explore: the French Quarter, Marigny, and Bywater are just a short stroll away. The streetcar stops nearby, making it super easy to reach the CBD, the Garden District, and even the Irish Channel. ππ³ The pool area was a true oasis β especially during the warm early summer afternoons. Though the hot tub wasnβt very hot, given the weather, it really didnβt matter. There's plenty of shade around the pool, surrounded by beautiful old trees β so peaceful and scenic! ππββοΈπ My room and all the common areas were impeccably clean β it felt safe, cozy, and full of charm. My four nights at Lamothe House were nothing short of perfect.
