Beautiful Scenery, Great Atmosphere, and Delicious Food

This time, to celebrate our third wedding anniversary 💛 my hubby specially booked a restaurant that he said is rated as one of the best in AZ on Xiaohongshu ✨ The restaurant is built on a hillside within the Hilton resort, with a distinctive architectural style. The superb atmosphere is suitable for any occasion, the waitstaff are very attentive, the food is delicious 😋 and the prices are not expensive 😍 👉🏻 Bread: They provided three sauces, the middle one in red was particularly yummy 😋 🍞 👉🏻 Appetizer: Crispy Braised Pork Belly The corn at the bottom with the sauce was so good, the pork belly was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, very unique in flavor 🤍 👉🏻 Main Course: We ordered a Sea Bass and Furikake Seared Icelandic Salmon that weren’t on the menu. The Sea Bass smelled so good, the skin was crispy and the flavor was well-balanced 🤣 I thought it was better than the salmon. The salmon was served over bamboo rice 🐟 👉🏻 Dessert: Actually, we were quite full after the main course, but the waiter said: “My mission now is to convince you to order dessert” 🤣 too cute.
