The crayfish sauce is incredibly delicious, drizzled over the fluffy and soft smelt dumplings (which are different from the chewy and bouncy Hong Kong fish balls) with a salty and savory flavor that seems to condense the taste of the ocean. The baked rice perfectly absorbs the thick sauce, it's really amazing! 🌊🌟 🌿 The only downside is that my friend found an ant in their dish... 😅 The waiter was very apologetic. The remedy was that the dish was not charged, a new one was made, the main course and dessert were complimentary, and they even asked my friend if they wanted to order anything extra (they ended up getting an egg from the brunch menu). 🍦Our Baba (Rum) 🌿Baba is also a traditional French pastry. The cake has a texture like American muffins. When it's served, it's drizzled with a circle of rum syrup around it, which is very ceremonial. The sweetness is moist with a hint of alcoholic aftertaste, and the texture is particularly rich. 🍮We also ordered crème brûlée, which has a delicate texture and the caramel layer is not overly burnt. The complimentary cream puff was also quite tasty. 🌇There was a little incident, but fortunately, Benoit's handling measures were appropriate. Because the taste and impression of the dishes were so memorable, this restaurant has stayed in my mind in such a magical way.
